We will begin a new series – The Body – Everyone has a body, but a lot of folks don’t have a clue how their body works. It’s the same with the Church. We know we’re supposed to be the Body of Christ, but we really don’t know how that works. In this series we’ll examine the functions of the Body of Christ. This week, “Come Together” from Acts 2:46 - Committing to faith was never meant to be reduced to mindlessly following another set of duties and responsibilities. The last thing any of us need is to add meaningless motions into our already-full lives. So why DO we do what we do? What do we insist on coming together on Sunday? Can’t I worship God just as well on my own?
