Robinson Springs UMC is a growing congregation in Millbrook, AL with a strong desire to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and provide a spiritually rich, Bible-based place of connection and community for the people of the River Region. Our vision statement tells us that we are to "link others to Jesus Christ through service, love, and growth."

 

We use the word "link" because we believe that we should be connected as closely to Christ as the links in a chain. You'll notice this idea by the keychains that most of our members carry around. 

 

We believe in service. Service to God, one another, and our community.

 

We believe in love. We put love in the middle of our mission statement, because it is love that binds us all together--both in service and growth. Love is the cornerstone of the Christian faith. In fact, Jesus said that people will know that we are disciples by our love (John 13:35).

 

We believe in growth. Growth does not refer to membership. Growth refers to Spiritual depth. We don't want to be casual Christians. We take our faith seriously here. We want to (as our mission statement says) know Christ and to make him known.
